Giottto Biotech S.r.l. is a research-intensive SME founded over a decade ago as a spin- off of the CERM at the UniFi, aiming at contributing to the biotech sciences by providing enabling products and services, with a special focus on technologies that include:

• applied genetic engineering,  
• protein expression and purification at preparative scale, 
• isotopically labelled recombinant proteins,
• NMR, catalytic and kinetic characterization of proteins.
